To arrange an appointment to view a property you can....

On the day of your appointment...

• Please come to the office for your appointment (we do not meet at the property for security reasons)
  
• The whole group must be present or the number of people authorised to make a decision on the groups behalf (this avoids the disappointment of losing a house)
  
• Please inform us if you cannot make the appointment as sson as possible
  

To reserve the property you need to...

• Inform us and pay a one off agency fee of 1/4 months rent + VAT per person (non-refundable) payable by cash or cheque. Payment of this fee secures the property. The agency fee covers the cost of administration and contracts
  
• Complete a tenants questionnaire
  
• Provide us with information for your financial guarantor or references
  

When you sign a contract you must bring...

• The bond deposit and first months rent
  
• 2 forms of identification one of which must bear a photograph
  
• Completed financial guarantor form
  
• If the contract signing is 10 working days or less from the moving in date, then payment must be made by either cash or bankers draft
